Definitely fits old Troy-Bilt Horse Tillers with TH 1003-1 stamped on the gearbox. We helped a customer restore their unit and this was the last piece they needed to replace and proved the hardest to find. We were able to identify this oil seal as a possible replacement and he confirmed fitment!
